DYH Business Brokers was founded in 1981 by three partners. In the early years, it came under full ownership by Senior Partner, Don Hake. DYH established a reputation for competence and integrity. We operate with anonymity and confidentiality when providing services to avoid the four "harms" that may occur when a business is found out to be "for sale." These harms include employees, customers, vendors, and competitors.

It is our practice to represent sellers in transactions. DYH represented a broad spectrum of business sales both large and small with a concentration in the Pennsylvania and Maryland state areas. Because of that DYH has an extensive list of potential buyers from around the globe.
